This was compiled by the National Center for Appropriate Technology (NCAT) and Heifer Project International (HPI) as a guide for integrating pastured poultry into farming systems. The case study summarizes the experiences of 35 Southern farm families who participated in the SSARE-funded project (LS96-076), "Integration of Pastured Poultry Production into the Farming Systems of Limited Resource Farmers."
