Sheep and goat production is a growing enterprise for many farmers across the U.S., but the production challenges are aplenty. One such challenge is controlling parasites, such as gastrointestinal nemtodes, especially in humid regions.

The National SARE organization has released a new fact sheet in its Agricultural Innovations series, "Sustainable Control of Internal Parasites in Small Ruminant Production," that addresses sustainable ways to control barberpole worm, stomach worm and other troublesome parasites. Download the publication today to read more about sustainable methods of gastrointestinal nematode parasite control.
